• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account and booking data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Razorpay — our payment gateway. Card and payment details are processed directly by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers.
• Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send transactional and booking emails.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We choose providers that meet high data security standards.

We use browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as your selected theme and dismissed announcements). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Authentication sessions are maintained via secure HTTP-only cookies managed by Supabase.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are kept for a minimum of 3 years for legal and accounting purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us. Note that we may be legally required to retain certain transaction records.
