Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Partyvorous (partyvorous.in), operated by Partyvorous ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing the platform, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Events may have their own age restrictions imposed by the organiser or venue. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify for any event you book.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at partyvorous@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and QR code.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable convenience fees unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to resell, transfer, or use tickets for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel tickets acquired in breach of this clause.

Partyvorous acts as a platform connecting ticket buyers with event organisers. We are not the organiser of events listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

If an event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser, we will endeavour to notify affected ticket holders and facilitate refunds where applicable. Please refer to our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our consent.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.

All content on Partyvorous — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Partyvorous or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partyvorous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
